Debbie, the group General Manager, has been in the Industry for over 20 years. As well as running the company at the highest level, she also deals with customers on an individual basis.

 

Emma, a Senior Insurance Clerk, is involved in all aspects of the business, including New Business, mid-term adjustments & renewals. A very experienced individual with over 15 years experience within Bates.

 

Jane, a Senior Insurance Clerk, has primary responsibility for renewals and accounts, both in and out. She makes sure everything balances and everyone is paid!
